Privacy policy

Family Fitness is a private household fitness project administered by Ahmed Aiman. The app is under development. These public information pages do not currently offer sign-in or collect fitness records.

Information used by Google sign-in

When Google sign-in is used in the Family Fitness app, it requests only the openid, email, and profile scopes. This gives the app your Google account identifier, email address, and basic profile information such as your name and profile picture, where provided by Google.

This information is used to recognize your account, authenticate you, manage authorized household access, and display your profile in the app. Family Fitness does not request permission to read Gmail, Drive files, Calendar events, or contacts.

Fitness entries and account sessions

When available, fitness features use the activity or progress information family members choose to enter. Account and fitness information are stored in the household-managed application service. The app may use essential session cookies to keep authorized users signed in. These public information pages do not set advertising or analytics cookies.

Who can access information

The household administrator manages access to the private app. Fitness records are not published on this public information site. Google account data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with advertisers. Hosting and network service providers may process information needed to operate and secure the service. Cloudflare serves these public pages and may process request details such as IP address, browser information, and security logs under its own policies.

Google sign-in is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Family Fitness uses Google user data only to provide the app's account and fitness features.

Children and family access

Family Fitness is intended for a private household. A parent or guardian manages children's access and any Google Family Link approvals. A child's Google sign-in remains subject to Google's supervision and consent controls. Do not submit information about a child without the parent or guardian's permission.

Retention, deletion, and control

Account and user-entered records are retained while needed to provide the household service. To request access, correction, or deletion, email aiman@vortxlab.com from the relevant account or through the child's parent or guardian. The administrator can explain which records or backups are retained when handling the request.

You can revoke Family Fitness's Google access in your Google Account connections settings. Revoking access prevents future Google authorization; contact the administrator separately to request deletion of records already stored by the app.
